1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of use of the laju7 platform, including the official website at laju7.win, mobile app, games, promotions and all related services offered by laju7.

By accessing or using this platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and close your account if applicable.

Laju7 reserves the right to amend, add to or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. 2Registration Eligibility

To register and use the laju7 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• A valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion registry or known responsible gaming protection program.
• Never been banned from using this platform or any related platform due to a prior serious violation.

Laju7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. laju7's decision in this matter is final and cannot be contested.

3User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at laju7 at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different phone numbers, or any other identity — is a serious violation that may result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all fund balances.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account username and password confidential.

• Notifying laju7 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

Your laju7 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, rented or shared with any other party.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

Laju7 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from game outcomes, whether winning or losing — this is a risk you accept voluntarily.
• Losses caused by technical disruptions, internet connection failures or circumstances beyond laju7's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses even if laju7 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Laju7's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

11Account Termination

You may close your laju7 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. All valid remaining funds will be returned to you once the verification process is completed, provided there are no active investigations relating to the account.

Laju7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months without any activity.

12Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of the laju7 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with Malaysian law, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid, while all other provisions remain in full force and effect.

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms and Conditions is the official binding version. In the event of any conflict between a translated version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
